COMMISSARY KITCHEN

The Block’s shared-use kitchen provides access to the only commercial kitchen infrastructure that serves rural entrepreneurs of Northeast Colorado. Specifically located in Fort Morgan, The Block supports the northeastern region of Colorado's food systems and food entrepreneurs that span throughout 6 surrounding counties, if not more. The commissary aids in developing our local food network, and shortens supply chains which promotes residents to stay and contribute to our community instead of having to rely on the more populous front range.
